This morning we bring you a very special Green Room chat featuring DSO Young Strings Alumna Bianca McClure.

Since the young age of seven, she has been attached to her violin and it has taken her on an incredible journey. Making several TV appearances she has had the opportunity to perform at the Oscars, AMA’s, The Grammy Awards, Hollywood Bowl and more. She has also performed with a wide variety of artists ranging from Tony Bennett, Carol Burnette, Lady Gaga to Rihanna, Stevie Wonder, Chance the Rapper, Lauryn Hill and many more. Bianca has also helped contribute to some of the most impactful movie productions in recent time, such as Netflix series "When They See Us", “Hidden Figures” and “The Lion King”.

Her music career has afforded her a few acting opportunities in shows like Glee, Raising Hope, Fresh Off The Boat, and Mr. Robinson.

Despite these wonderful accomplishments, Bianca’s main focus continues to be inspiring a younger generation in the art of music. From TX to California she has worked with youth sharing her love, compassion and expertise in order to shape them into the best musicians they can possibly be.
